What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, business name, outlet type and city, and — if you choose to give them — your number of outlets, the products you are interested in and how you prefer to be contacted.

We also record the consent sentence you agreed to and its version, the page you sent the form from, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), so we know which of our pages and campaigns work.

How we use it

We use your details only to arrange your demo, contact you about it, and follow up on your enquiry. We send you a confirmation email for every request.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a newsletter unless you separately ask to join one.

Website analytics

We measure how this website is used with our own, first-party analytics. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier that lasts beyond a single day, and is not shared with advertising networks. We see totals such as page views and form starts, not a profile of you.

Who processes it for us

Your details are stored on cloud infrastructure we contract for hosting and email delivery. These providers process data only on our instructions and under contracts that require them to keep it secure. Where data is processed outside India, we do so in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any rules made under it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or complete data that is wrong or out of date;
• erase your data and withdraw your consent — withdrawing is as easy as giving it;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
• You can also raise a grievance with us, and if we do not resolve it, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Contacting us about privacy

Reply to any email we have sent you, or write to us through the contact page, and say it is a privacy request. We reply to every privacy request and act on it without undue delay.
